October appears to be the start of exhibition season within the speciality coffee industry some of BTB will be packing their bags and heading to Paris for Equiphotel in November, which is a shame as it means we’ll miss the European Team Challenge in Trieste, where the UK Team of Aysin, Emma, Hugo and Phil will be competing against 10 other national teams to claim the title from Russia, who won the event in Moscow last year. We wish them all the best!
