Berry Nice Smoothies
Sweetbird has been working hard on creating refreshing his extremely popular ready to drink smoothie (well, as hard working as you can be whilst in a palatial beach hut in Antigua). The new improved Apple & Blackcurrant will replace the Blueberry and Blackcurrant – sadly there are just aren’t enough ethically sourced berries around! Using ethically sourced apples, bananas and blackcurrants the new Apple and Blackcurrant has a super tangy taste, and of course continues to be made of only fruit, and is approved by the Vegetarian Society, and Viva! for vegans. It will join the existing Orange & Mango and Pineapple & Passionfruit 330ml smoothies. Remember, they are ideal if you don’t have much space as they only need chilling before serving!
Single Source, er, Sauce….
Another update to the Sweetbird range is Europe’s first Single Origin Chocolate Sauce. At no extra cost to you, the new single source sauce (sorry, but that just keeps making us laugh) will be phased in to replace our existing Sweetbird Sauce, same great taste but with the added benefit of helping cocoa producing communities in Ghana. The co-operative not only grow the cocoa and get a fair amount for the cocoa, it is processed by the farmers, therefore keeping more of the profit within the community. So you and your customers can enjoy a great Mocha in the knowledge that you are supporting cocoa communities in Ghana. Now isn’t that nice?
