While we’ve been here, there and everywhere it’s been an exciting time back on the home too…
With so much happening at Beyond the Bean we’ve had to expand the team. We’re pleased to welcome Caroline Graham who will be working with Miranda in the office making sure all our customers are happy and smiling. Caroline has a history in the food distribution business so she’ll fit in just fine. Zak Pitfield-de Mille is now helping Rob out with deliveries and ordering. Zak is the second New Zealander in the BTB team, and we think that’s quite enough for the time being!
As you will probably realise I’m new to Beyond the Bean too. I’ve been working with Beyond the Bean for about two years now helping out with the transition for Espresso Essentials to the stylish new look Beyond the Bean, and generally helping to keep them on the straight and narrow. I’ve now made the move to be here full time (so far so good!) and will be working on all the media and marketing, and will have the horrible task of travelling the globe to bring you news from further a field. I will also be working with the UKBC committee, the SCAE and other organisations to encourage growth within the industry through the various barista competitions and workshops.
