Having spent the best part of ten years in a fairly small and somewhat pokey office attached to a warehouse it is real treat to move into offices that fit the whole BTB team, now 19 of us, plus a massive 3 million square foot warehouse to ensure we keep on top of the increased demand for all our products (the warehouse guys are having a lot of fun with the new walkie-talkies!). We’re still making the final touches, things like pictures and plants to make it really feel like hoime and also to the training room. Once it’s ready we hope to see you all for a grand tour and some training workshops really soon.

So who’s who?
Now we have more space we are now working in departments, helping you get an even better and quicker service each time. Caroline will be heading up the customer care team, with Lauren and Rachel, both new team members since we last wrote to you.
Miranda is stilll keeping busy ensuring all your orders are processed smoothly and now has the help of Annie and Sam.
They then pass them onto Rob, who heads up the logistical side of things, and keeps the warehouse running smoothly, with Scott, Neil, Matt and Majieck.
Of course Terry, Jem and Jono are still the first point of call for the majority of you. They are now joined by Mat North, who has many years experience in the industry and can produce some mean latte art to boot. For all our friends outside the UK, we now have Marco Tietto covering Europe, taking care of our overseas customers.
So, over the year, we’ve grown from 8 to 19, and we’re still growing, who knows how many of us there will be by 2009.
