It’s been 3 months in production but after much planning and writing by Helen, copy-editing by Jem and sensible decision making by Nikki BTB Book 2 is ready to showcase our splendid array of drinks and equipment, new and old. We’ve been working hard sourcing and testing products that compliment our existing range including sugar free sauces and syrups from Sweetbird, the UK’s first Fairtrade Frappe, and a new 100% Fairtrade hot chocolate from Zuma, not to mention the sexy new Bumper range of barista equipment. We’re also excited about the new range of Chai from Zuma and have been busy making Vanilla Chai Frappes and Spiced Chai lattes which we’re sure will be a hit on both your summer and winter menus in years to come.
