Coming from a non-coffee background (apart from drinking about 6 a day) Beyond the Bean felt it was their duty to send me on a barista course. (Apparently as a learning exercise and not just so that there is one more person to make coffee in the office but I’m not convinced) Thanks to Annette at the London School of Coffee for such a comprehensive course - I can now makes a mean espresso and my latte art is coming on a treat – expect to see me at a barista jam near you soon….well, let’s make that 2008, late 2008…..
