The new Limited Edition Strawberries & Clotted Cream Cookie is only going to be available for a short timet, so hurry and get your order in, once they’re gone, they’re gone (we still miss the dark chocolate cherry at BTB HQ), sigh). Byron Bay Cookies are now baked in the UK, with free range eggs, and using locally sourced ingredients. We’ve been to the farm where the milk comes from, and met Byron the calf, and seen the happy chickens in their free ranging home. What with the cookies tasting even fresher and 14 flavours to choose from it’s no wonder more and more customers are choosing them!
