Invent a recipe
Encourage your team to come up with drinks recipes. Get them playing with the possibilities. You could have a monthly competition to see who comes up with best-selling new recipe and give a prize. Build your own drinks culture.
Enter the UK Barista Championship
Theres no better way to give your barista skillsa massive boost than to see other expert baristas at work.
