The Byron Bay Cookie Company has been making all kinds of wonderful treats for many years now, originally being handmade at the bakehouse in, you guessed it, Byron Bay. They are now being baked in the UK using locally sourced ingredients and premium European chocolate, rich fruit and decadent nuts.
The cookies (that’s cookies not biscuits people!) come in a wide variety of sizes and flavours. We are sure you are going to love the Café Cookies, coming in glass jars they make a strong visual impact; customers just can’t help themselves but pick one up on the way through. Whether you have a taste for fruit, nuts or chocolate flavours including our award winning Triple Choc Fudge Cookie, White Choc Chunk and Macadamia Nut Cookie, Reduced Fat Fig and Pecan Cookie or ‘Dotty’s’ with smarties (nice for kids) there is something to suit all. If you are short on space, the single wraps option may be for you. Individually wrapped cookies are ideal for ‘grab&go’ sales. In this range you will find the gluten free range – single wrapped to avoid cross contamination. The whole range has been approved by the Vegetarian Society and the gluten free range is approved by the Coeliac Society.
