Jeffrey Pelo (of Coffeetool fame) has developed this ingenious apron with the specific requirements of baristas in mind.
Featuring horizontal tool pockets, a neoprene back mesh pocket for cloths (like wet suits), and an adjustable neck strap, this apron can be worn either full length, or folded over for a shorter version. It even has an extra panel hidden at the bottom to make it even longer – this really is the only true barista apron available.
