A great alternative to tea or coffee, chai is a spiced milk drink traditionally handmade in households across India, with the spices varying from region to region. The most common ingredients are cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and pepper.
Zuma have developed their own recipe, currently available in two flavours - Spiced and Vanilla - packed in 1kg tins.
